Acceptable Use Policy

Use RPMVault for lawful personal or internal business purposes related to motorcycle information, ownership tracking, and community features we provide.

You may not:

• Violate law, including privacy, IP, export, or consumer protection rules
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export catalog or user data beyond normal interactive use or documented APIs you are authorized to use
• Probe, scan, or attack our systems, or bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls
• Upload malware, spam, or deceptive content
• Harass, threaten, or doxx others, or post illegal, exploitative, or hateful content
• Impersonate RPMVault, manufacturers, or other people or organizations
• Misrepresent affiliation with motorcycle brands or claim official OEM endorsement
• Use AI or other features to generate harmful instructions for illegal activity or unsafe vehicle modifications presented as professional advice
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the service without written permission
• Interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the service

Reviews, photos, leads, and other submissions must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, non-infringing, and appropriate for a general audience. We may remove content and restrict accounts that breach this AUP.

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, throttle or suspend access, terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities or rights holders when appropriate.
