Welcome to RPMVault. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our platform. By accessing or using RPMVault, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using RPMVault (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Privacy Policy is an information notice describing how we process personal data. Reading the Privacy Policy is not marketing consent and is not the same as accepting these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RPMVault provides a motorcycle catalog and information platform that includes:

• Technical specifications and performance data for motorcycles
• Motorcycle comparison tools
• Rider profile matching and personalized recommendations
• Community features such as reviews and favorites
• Personal garage tools for ownership, mileage, fuel, maintenance, and expense records
• AI-assisted decision support for garage and comparison questions
• Optional paid Premium features, billed through Google Play or the App Store. Web card checkout is not currently offered
• Optional Sage Mode (Bilge Modu): more maintenance and repair-focused AI guidance. It is not professional mechanical service

3. User Obligations

When using RPMVault, you agree to the following obligations and our Acceptable Use Policy. You remain responsible for content you submit and grant RPMVault a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display that content solely to operate the Service:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and the Acceptable Use Policy at /acceptable-use
• Not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service
• Not scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data without prior written consent
• Provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting content

4. Intellectual Property

Original RPMVault software, interface design, and editorial content are owned by the operator or its licensors. Manufacturer names, logos, and catalog specifications may be third-party material. RPMVault does not claim ownership of those third-party marks or of catalog data whose provenance is not documented. See the Trademark Policy and Copyright Policy.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works without explicit written permission is prohibited.

5. Third-Party Content & Trademarks

Motorcycle brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on RPMVault belong to their respective owners. Their use is solely for identification and informational purposes and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with RPMVault.

Catalog specifications are provided for informational purposes. Their source, license, and commercial-use rights are not fully documented in RPMVault records. Values may vary by model year, market, and trim. RPMVault does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or manufacturer data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

RPMVault does not guarantee that: (a) the information is accurate, complete, or current; (b) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; or (c) any defects will be corrected. You acknowledge that any reliance on the information provided is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RPMVault and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any errors or omissions in the content; (c) unauthorized access to your data; or (d) any third-party conduct on the Service.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Processing is subject to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698). When we process personal data of people in the EU, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies to that processing. This is a disclosure of applicable frameworks, not a claim of full certification.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8A. Age Requirement

RPMVault is not directed to children under 13. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If we learn that we collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it. Paid subscriptions and distance-selling contracts require that you have legal capacity to contract under applicable law, which typically means you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your place of residence).

8B. Paid Plans and Distance Sales

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Premium is purchased through Google Play on Android or the App Store on iOS. Web card checkout is not currently offered. Prices and plan features are shown before purchase. Digital content may be delivered immediately upon payment. Turkish and EU consumer withdrawal rules for digital content, including any exceptions once performance has begun, require attorney confirmation and are described in good faith in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. 9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by updating this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey. For users within the European Economic Area, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
