Delete Your Account

While signed in, open Profile (web or mobile), go to the danger zone, and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. Deletion is irreversible.

We delete or anonymize personal account data as described in the Privacy Policy. Some records may be retained where required by law, security, fraud prevention, or accounting (for example anonymized audit trails or payment provider records).

Export a copy of your data from Profile if you want a personal archive.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Premium subscription. Cancel in Google Play or the App Store (the store where you purchased) first. RPMVault cannot cancel store subscriptions for you. Otherwise the store may continue to charge you.

Email info@rpm-vault.com from the email address associated with your account. Subject line: Account deletion request. Include your RPMVault account email and whether you used web, Android, or iOS.

We verify ownership before processing. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, often sooner.

Typical deletions include profile data, garage records tied to your account, favorites, reviews attribution as applicable, AI conversation history we store, web checkout session records we hold, and authentication credentials in our identity provider.

Lead and contact submissions are anonymized rather than fully deleted. A one-way phone hash may remain for fraud prevention. Payment providers, app stores, analytics, email, push, and error-monitoring tools may retain records under their own policies. We cannot erase every copy held solely by those third parties.

Public content you posted may be removed or anonymized. Aggregated analytics that no longer identify you may remain.
